Women Unite!!

Wait!! Put your bras back on, we won't be having a bonfire and dig those razors back out of the trash!! Please!! For the good of humanity! I've just had something on my mind that I want to share with you all(all 3 of you who read this...). I have always aspired to mediocrity and acheive it on a regular basis. But this is for all of you (3 who are reading this) out there who don't know how awesome you are! Let us all shed ourselves of guilt and shame! Let's stop wishing we were more like Mindi (using name only as example I know none of you say that...out loud anyway..)! Let's embrace our size, height, smarts, talents and skills as they are and love them!! Who cares if our waist line isn't where we want it or we have more 'curves' than we want! So what if our bosom is sitting 3 or 4 inches lower than they used to be (that's why we're not burning any bras!!)!! Embrace it and love it!! We are all daughters of God and as the saying goes-'God don't make no junk!'

I want us all to think of something we've always wanted to do and if time and money (and husbands) permitting DO IT!! Don't wait to be thinner to buy that rockin' dress you saw at the mall! Don't worry about what other people think at Karaoke Night, you belt out that Pat Bennatar! You wanna learn to paint? Go take a class!! Let's stop worrying about being the perfect mom and be the best mom YOU are!!! If you don't have kids be the best auntie, neighbor, primary teacher whatever that you already are! I know you and I know how hard you try in all you do! Be proud (but not in a book of mormon, gadianton robber bad pride kind of way) of who you are because that's how your Father in Heaven looks at you and what you do everyday. We are women here us ROAR!! Women were oppressed and treated badly for centuries and we now live in a time (thank heavens) where we can be and do almost anything we want! The only thing oppressing us now is ourselves! So let's let go of our fears and guilt and just be the awesome women we are!! Ready...Break!!!!
