Oh. My. Holy. Moses. I think I just visited the 3rd level of Purgatory.
Okay, drama much? Yes.
I know I already posted today but I just had 4 extra boys at my house. Yes, I said 4 extra boys. And they range from 6 down to one. The evening was going fine and then suddenly the last hour came. The Witching Hour. Dun,dun, duuuuuuun. And, no, the Muddy Buddies (on FB we were trying to come up with a festive name for those and we have: reindeer poop, elf stools, Tiny Tim Turds, reindeer food, Chanukah trail mix, and Kwanza cakes….everyone one of those has potential!) did not help!
We had the smallest of the lot falling off a chair after climbing on the table several times without falling, my eldest crying because of her sore hand that I was trying to bandage up while my middle child is coming to tell me my youngest has done something very bad in her room which turned out to be drawing ALL over her walls with black crayon! The bedroom I stupidly cleaned up earlier was now a mess and I have a 3 year old in time out while the 8 year old is still crying over her hand and the smallest one is back on the table and my 3 year old has ripped all the stockings down!!
BBAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH
Kate, Mr. and Mrs. Duggar? You can keep your large brood. I’m not going past 4!
Good thing there’s Tiny Tim Turds leftover for me to stuff my stress down with!
**Thanks to Cheeseboy and Lori for the great muddy buddy names!

I can tell this was not your finest hour cause you forgot that you no longer have an 8 year old...I can't for the life of me figure out how to keep my sense of humor in times like these though. That is why I look up to you so much!
Holy crap, that is one care-a-zee day.
Glad I could help you out with the Tiny Tim Turd suggestion. It just sounded so festive rolling off my tongue.
I don't know how you manage past one! :)
You should shake them. I hear it's not as damaging to full grown children....and much more satisfying.

The good news is that they went home...right?...they did go home, right?
Okay I really want to cry now. My parents and little sis and her new husband are coming for Christmas... So my brother and his family decide well they should come too then. Did they ever ask or heck even tell us they are coming??! Nope had to hear that through third parties. They have three kids, their oldest is Alex's age and they want to be here on Christmas. I think I am going to cry.
Seven is a nice, round number.Did any of those cherubs look like me?
