I would buy a dishwasher that actually WASHES the dishes! We were at our friends' house for dinner one night when Jenni started loading the dishwasher WITHOUT rinsing them first!! I have to clean my dishes before I can put them in the DISHWASHER!! I was very concerned and asked:
"Don't you need to rinse those first??"
Jenni: "No, the dishwasher DOES that (really???)!"
I did my best to hold back the tears of joy and envy.
I've been dreaming of owning one myself ever since.
I would invest in REAL silverware! Oh, the joy of a fork that doesn't bend in my feeding frenzies!!
My pans would be replaced with ones that aren't scratched up and slowly giving us all cancer! Curse you, Teflon!!
My family would live on a small piece of land with our chickens, dog, 2 horses, 3 pigs and a cow. You could all come to me for your manure needs!
There would be a condo by the beach with my name on the mailbox.
I would buy stock in Diet Coke! Have you seen all the women at Maverick at 11 in the morning?? It's a gold mine!!
The rest would go to making the world a better place! That's right! I would hire a nanny...and a housekeeper!!!

You're so funny! My dishwasher is awesome, but it didn't cost a million dollars! It's actually on the "low end". I think dishwashers are just made better these days. Whoever invented a disposal in a dishwasher should have a million dollars (and surely does...) Let's hang out again, soon. We can discuss all the fun things we could do with our million dollars. I thought you were supposed to buy a green dress...but not a real green dress, that's cruel. (please tell me you get that or I will look pretty awkward...well, more than I actually am) Anyway, sorry about the dishwasher. I always start mine and just pray for the best. It makes sounds that no dishwasher should ever make and since I've gotten all my silverware from Big Lots, I'm sure the cancer causing stuff at our house, is the silverware...gross! You are not going to believe it, but we are considering (we probably won't) moving to a little patch of manure land...so bring those chickens over...did you know I have a friend with two cows? She named them Chuck Roast and Sir Loin. They were delicious :)
my mom must have the same dishwasher. I'm always washing them off, and she's like, no, just throw them in, they will get clean. AMAZING. One day, one day. I will probably still just wash them off because I am crazy. If I had a million dollars...oh, don't get me started. But it would definitely involve a house/car upgrade, and some time on the beach. :)

Just for the record I voted buy a house (a new one that is) but just so you know that when we do buy a new house you can expect something pretty from me too!:-)I would do both (but if I buy a new house it won't be because I have a million dollars. But if I had a million dollars I would definitely buy a new house AND something pretty for you! Or maybe donate to charity (ElRey) and make him buy something pretty for you.
